Deliveries from WeAreBeds.com will either be on a next (working) day service, or for certain items, will be on a 'booked in' service where you will be contacted and advised of your confirmed delivery date. Please see below for further explanation on delivery options.

All our standard delivery options are free to most Mainland UK locations.



Delivery Options Explained

Below is a complete list of all delivery options available for products purchased from our website. The service available will be dependent on the product(s) you are purchasing and will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Next Working Day Delivery

Items are shipped on our Next Working Day Delivery service*, which is FREE to most of the UK (Surcharges apply for certain postcodes and if applicable these surcharges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to any payment being taken).

Items ordered before 12 Noon will be despatched the same day for delivery to you the next working day*. E.g. Items ordered between noon on Friday and noon on Monday will be despatched on Monday, to be delivered to you on Tuesday. An item ordered after 12 noon on Monday would be despatched on Tuesday to be delivered to you on Wednesday.

*When ordered alone or with any combination of other items also displaying the 'Next Day Delivery' icon. Should your final order contain one or more items that do not display the 'Next Day Delivery' icon, your complete order will be consolidated and shipped together based on the item with the longest delivery timeframe. If you need an item urgently, it may be possible for us to split your delivery - please call us after placing your order to check if this is possible.


2 Day Delivery

Items are shipped on our 2 day delivery service, which is FREE to most of the UK (Surcharges apply for certain postcodes and if applicable these surcharges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to any payment being taken).

Items ordered before 12 noon will be despatched the same day to be delivered to you in 2 working days. E.g. an item ordered before 12 noon on Monday would be delivered to you on Wednesday.


10 Day Delivery

Items are shipped on our 10 day delivery service*, which is FREE to most of the UK (Surcharges apply for certain postcodes and if applicable these surcharges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to any payment being taken).

Once the delivery has been scheduled we will contact you to provide you with an exact date.

*When ordered alone or with any combination of other items also displaying the 10 Day Delivery icon. Should your final order contain one or more items that do not display the 10 Day Delivery, your complete order will be consolidated and shipped together based on the item with the longest delivery timeframe. If you need an item urgently, it may be possible for us to split your delivery - please call us after placing your order to check if this is possible.


21 Day Delivery

Items are made to order by the manufacturer and will be shipped on our 21 day delivery service, which is FREE to most of the UK (Surcharges apply for certain postcodes and if applicable these surcharges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to any payment being taken).

Once the delivery has been scheduled we will contact you to provide you with an exact date.

PLEASE NOTE:

During the Christmas/New Year period manufacturer deliveries may in some cases take longer than 21 days due to closures. Please contact us before placing your order to determine whether we will be able to meet any specific delivery requirements.



Delivery Conditions

For any items with the next day delivery option selected, payments cleared before 12 Noon Monday to Friday goods will be shipped the same day. Delivery is usually next working day, although it can be 2 or 3 days more depending upon location, courier performance, etc.

For items marked as Free Delivery, lead times can vary as these items are ordered direct from the manufacturer. We will contact you on receiving your order to confirm an estimated delivery time. We will endeavour to get your item delivered as soon as possible and will keep you informed at all times.

Items over 35kg (excluding next day delivery): Orders are delivered with either our own delivery drivers who are used to handling the bulky products or a third party one/two man delivery service. Our own team of drivers cover 90% of the UK on a weekly basis. If you require delivery on a certain day or you do not wish to wait for our in house delivery service then please let us know and we will dispatch your item to arrive on your requested delivery date. With this is mind most items can be delivered within 2 working days of purchase. Unless you contact us to request differently your item will be delivered using our own delivery drivers, delivery using this method will be notified via email within 1- 7 working days. Occasionally we may not be able to fit your item onto our own drivers van in which case we may have to send the item out with a third party delivery service, in these rare cases delivery may be up to 14 days from ordering and you will be contacted by telephone to confirm exact delivery arrangements. If you have any specific delivery requirements then please contact our delivery team on info@wearebeds.com and we will endevour to accommodate your needs.

Heavy Items/Palletised Deliveries: Items over 65kg we try and use our own drivers at all times however in certain circumstances (usually far off locations) we may use a pallet courier in which case you should be prepared to accept palletised delivery. The driver will attempt to deliver the pallet to your front door, but in some cases this may not be possible and they will make the delivery as close as possible. Can you please inform us if you have a gravel driveway or restricted access to help us to ensure a smooth delivery.

Please note that if your order is delivered by a lone driver and your item is large or heavy then you may be required to provide adequate assistance in unloading and moving the item. It should also be noted that all items are dispatched on a ground floor/front door delivery service.

If your item is damaged it is crucial that you write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note when you sign for the item, In signing for the item you are agreeing that the item has been delivered in perfect condition and we will not be able to hold the courier responsible for the damage. Please ensure that ALL items are inspected and any damage is reported to us within 48 hours of receipt for a claim with the courier and replacement item to be offered.

We always try and replace damaged parts at no cost to the buyer prior to collecting the item and lodging a claim on the buyers behalf.

A signature is always required upon delivery. All goods are covered for loss or damage whilst in transit.
In the event of failed delivery such that the item is returned to us, then the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage. For items under 35kg we will always attempt delivery more than once before the delivery fails.

Failed deliveries over 35kg will incur a penalty equivalent to our costs incurred and redelivery will then be at the original charge (free in most cases).

Non stock items or items that are made to order will show lead times of 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. This is obviously dependant on the supplier/manufacturer fulfilling their lead times to us. With this in mind on the rare occasion there is a delay we will endeavour to get the order to you as soon as possible.

All delivery time frames are dependant upon courier performance.



Customer Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that the service we provide is as efficient and effective as possible. However, if you do have a complaint about a product or our service, then e-mail our customer services department at info@wearebeds.com. We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and our customer services department will endeavour to resolve the complaint as quickly possible keeping you informed at all times. All complaints will be confidential and treated fairly.
